RETURNS & WARRANTY

We provide free shipping on all returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate your return or exchange please submit a Return Request and indicate whether you would prefer to return your products for a refund, or exchange for a like item. Be ready to provide your WARROAD order number and/or the full name of the original purchaser.

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. If your returned items are found to be in used or unsatisfactory condition, your refund may be adjusted. If you have any questions about returning an item, you can reach out to our Customer Service Team at warroad@tmgideas.zendesk.com or (855)477-6333.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to cover domestic shipping costs for all exchanged items. Please be sure to note which item(s) you are interested in exchanging for when you complete your Return Request. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you and our Customer Service Team will follow up to assist with your exchange.

RETURNS
Please do not return any items without first submitting a Return Request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will send along a prepaid shipping label or follow up with additional instructions. After your returned package is received and processed, we will issue your refund minus an $8 receiving/restocking fee. Once issued, your refund may take 7-10 days to process and appear in your payment account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate your return. 

PRODUCT PROMISE
Warroad products are designed from premium, hand selected materials, with a swagger and style, for performance. Our team trusts these products to stand up to the perils of work and play in the arena of sport and life, and we want you to trust them too.

If your product(s) has failed to perform to your standards because of defects in manufacturing or materials, please notify our team as soon as possible. If your product(s) has been damaged by way of normal, outdoor wear and tear, we may not be able to replace it but we’d be happy to help you repair it. Contact our team about your products by emailing: warroad@tmgideas.zendesk.com.
