RETURNS & WARRANTY
For quality assurance purposes, all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original (unused and unwashed) condition to be eligible for a refund. If your returned items are found to be in unsatisfactory condition (notable wear, odor and/or damage) then your refund may be adjusted. Returned orders received outside of the 30 day period may be returned to original sender, or refunded in gift credit. Exchange / Return your order here.

Please be aware that closeout items do not meet our standard return policy. They may only be exchanged for store credit.

If your product(s) has failed to perform to your standards because of defects in manufacturing or materials, please notify our team as soon as possible. If your product(s) has been damaged by way of normal, outdoor wear and tear, we may not be able to replace it but we’d be happy to help you repair it.
