Yes. Your pre-order is like a reservation. You can cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships. After your order ships to you, it is subject to our normal 30-day return policy.

The Padlocs sleeve is designed specifically for teenage and adult players who want a performance advantage. The way the sleeve is secured, it can be hard for the young players to get it off and on by themselves. For those reasons, it’s only available in Junior/Adult sizes.

Yes. The Warroad Neck Protector is an adjustable one-size-fits-all neck guard.

You can add other Warroad products to your cart with your pre-order. However, we advise that you place orders for in-stock items separately so that our team can pack and ship those items with care immediately.

Your pre-order is not limited by quantity. And we want to encourage families to protect as many of their players as they can. However, if we notice anyone abusing this privilege and bulk-ordering items for resale or other purposes that are not intended to help serve our community, we will flag that order and cancel it.
