Behind the Scenes: Off-Season Training with Warroad Athletes Ethan Beyer and T.J. Lloyd

This off-season, we asked some of the newest members of the Warroad team to take us behind the scenes and show us what they are doing to stay in shape.Arizona State commit and current AJHL Brooks Bandit, Ethan Beyer, took us through a day in the gym from warm-up to Bench.

And future University of Alaska Fairbanks Nanook, TJ Lloyd, showed us his off-season routine.... while giving us a nitty-gritty review of the Drop-In training gear.
