Back of the leg: coverage runs across the lower calf and the Achilles, the zones a sliding block shot finds first (soft UHMWPE panel across the back of the calf and Achilles, third-party rated ANSI A6, no steel, no glass).

The cup: locked into its own floating pocket, it stays exactly where you need it in stride (integrated ergonomic cup, removable for the wash).

Sock connection: socks and shin pads stay in the right place, connected to the pant instead of drifting down the leg.
