Standard domestic shipping is 3 to 7 business days. If you need your order sooner, overnight and two-day shipping options are available.

Also, our base layers combine comfort and performance in a way no other hockey undershirt does. All TILO products are interwoven with silver thread to kill bacteria, prevent skin irritation, and reduce order. On top of that, the body of every TILO base layer is constructed using our proprietary micro-mesh design. This design helps evaporate sweat to keep your core temperature stable under your equipment. Maintaining your core temperature aids in recovery and can increase endurance.

Although safety is our first priority, we believe that protection should be comfortable and functional. Because when your protective equipment helps improve your game, there’s no reason not to wear it.

The Padlocs sleeve is designed specifically for teenage and adult players who want a performance advantage. The way the sleeve is secured, it can be hard for the young players to get it off and on by themselves. For those reasons, it’s only available in Junior/Adult sizes.

Yes. The Warroad Neck Protector is an adjustable one-size-fits-all neck guard.

Yes. But please be advised that Canadian orders may incur duties and import taxes. We are in the process of setting up domestic delivery in Canada so that Canadian customers will no longer incur these fees.

If your product(s) has failed to perform to your standards because of defects in manufacturing or materials, please notify our team as soon as possible. If your product(s) has been damaged by way of normal, outdoor wear and tear, we may not be able to replace it but we’d be happy to help you repair it. Returns and exchanges

For quality assurance purposes, all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original (unused and unwashed) condition to be eligible for a refund. If your returned items are found to be in unsatisfactory condition (notable wear, odor and/or damage) then your refund may be adjusted. Returned orders received outside of the 30 day period may be returned to original sender, or refunded in gift credit. Exchange / Return your order here.
